1. Project Completion Management System (PCMS)

Understand the complete Project Completion Management System (PCMS) philosophy used in EPC Oil & Gas projects. Participants will learn how PCMS supports systematic project handover from construction to operation, including document control, completion status monitoring, subsystem management, and turnover strategy.

2. Systemization & Boundary Limit Development

Learn how to divide facilities into systems, subsystems, and commissioning boundaries. This session covers preparation of boundary limits, system breakdown structures, and interface coordination to support efficient mechanical completion and commissioning execution.

3. Mechanical Completion & Punch Listing

Understand Mechanical Completion concepts, inspection activities, MC dossier requirements, and punch list categorization (Category A, B, and C). Participants will also learn punch tracking methods and practical rectification workflows used in EPC projects.

4. Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning Workflow

Study the overall workflow from construction completion to ready-for-startup conditions. This includes cleaning, flushing, leak testing, loop checking, energization, functional testing, and startup preparation activities for various disciplines.

5. Preparing Pre-Commissioning Procedures

Learn how to prepare professional pre-commissioning procedures based on engineering documents, P&ID, datasheets, vendor manuals, and international practices. Participants will understand procedure structure, method statements, safety considerations, and execution sequences.

6. Preparing Commissioning Procedures

Develop commissioning procedures for process systems and equipment startup activities. Topics include startup philosophy, operational checks, acceptance criteria, coordination with operation teams, troubleshooting preparation, and safe commissioning execution.

7. Test Package & Turnover Dossier Preparation

Participants will learn how to develop test packages and turnover dossiers including supporting documents such as check sheets, inspection records, punch lists, redline markups, certificates, and handover documentation required by clients and operations teams.

8. ITR Development & Completion Tracking

Understand Inspection & Test Records (ITR) development and completion tracking methods. Learn how to monitor project completion status, generate completion reports, and manage discipline progress using practical completion tracking systems.

9. Real EPC Oil & Gas Project Practices

Gain insight into real EPC project implementation practices through practical examples, project case studies, common field issues, coordination challenges, and lessons learned from actual Oil & Gas construction and commissioning projects.

10. Coordination Between Construction, QA/QC & Commissioning Teams

Learn effective coordination methods between Construction, QA/QC, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Commissioning teams to improve communication, interface management, punch resolution, and smooth project handover execution.
